Billing Procedure at Phoenix Hospital, Allahabad is very easy and simple. We accept Cash or Card Payment at the Billing Counter. There are various procedures in terms of Billing and is totally dependent on the Class of the Admission.

We have several wards like Emergency Ward, ICU Ward, Delux, Private, Semi – Private and General Ward which have their own Admission and Billing Procedure.

At the time of Admission, these are the below billing procedure which the Patient or their attendant has to follow it.

• For Emergency & ICU Ward – Rs.15000 and above as an advance will be taken at the time of Admission.
• For Delux Ward – Rs.15000 and above as an advance will be taken at the time of Admission.
• For Private Ward – Rs.10000 and above as an advance will be taken at the time of Admission.
• For Semi – Private Ward – Rs.8000 and above as an advance will be taken at the time of Admission.
• For General Ward – Rs.5000 and above as an advance will be taken at the time of Admission.

All the Bills and the Money will be deposited at the Billing Counter only. No wonder, if the Patient or the their relative has given the Money to any of the Hospital Staff or any other Person then the Hospital Administration is not responsible for any such misleading or misshapen or loss.

For the Insurance Tie-Ups Billing Procedure, if the Hospital is tied up with the Insurance Company then the Billing will be done as per the Norms of the MOU with that particular insurance company. The List of the Insurance Company is given below for the Check List.
